By commissioning me, Zavier Sosa, you agree to the following terms:

◆ Consumer Data Privacy Policy ◆

• Email address and other contact details will be collected and retained.
• Reference materials, including pictures and text, are collected for the art piece.
• Invoices will be kept for 5 years for tax purposes and proof of work.

◆ Content Restrictions ◆

I reserve the right to decline commissions involving fetishes, gore, illegal content, or anything I find uncomfortable. Please inquire about specific content to ensure it aligns with my boundaries.

◆ Originality of Work ◆

• I will only turn original/concept 2D art into 3D models.
• I do not copy or replicate works by other artists or avatar creators.
• All materials must be original or authorized for use by the owner.
• You may provide images of other avatars/assets for guidance, but I will not replicate them.


Fan-Inspired or Parody Avatars:


• Commissions may be based on existing characters for personal, non-commercial use only.
• The artist will create unique reinterpretations or inspired versions and will not produce exact replicas of copyrighted characters.
• Clients assume responsibility for ensuring their use complies with copyright or intellectual property laws.

◆ Project Timeline ◆

• Completion time for 3D models typically ranges from 2-4 months, depending on complexity.
• I provide updates with progress images or videos during active work stages and post them on Trello.
• Do not contact me for updates directly; contact my manager for any concerns.
• Feedback for revisions will be done through my manager, and on occasions I will contact you directly.
• Screenshots, videos, or in-game previews are feedback stages; revisions must be requested during these stages.

◆ Payment ◆

• Work begins after invoice payment. Partial payments may be arranged through Vgen.
• No changes or refunds after the commission is completed.
• Contact me for issues with the 3D model, but free alterations are not included after final delivery.
• Revisions requested after final stages are out-of-scope and charged based on complexity ($18/hour minimum; estimate will be provided).

◆ Usage and Promotion ◆

• Clients may use artwork for personal and commercial purposes with proper credit.
• I may reuse non-unique assets in future projects; custom elements are excluded unless agreed.
• I may showcase completed work on my social media and portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
• Commercial use requires a visible credit and link to my portfolio or website.
Standard Commercial License is included in the base price; allows monetized use with credit. Resale or redistribution not allowed.
Extended Commercial License (+$500) grants resale and broader commercial rights.

◆ Liability ◆

I am not liable for any issues arising from the use of the artwork beyond the agreed-upon terms.

◆ NSFW Content Policy ◆

• NSFW commissions are for adults 18+ only.
• By requesting NSFW content, you confirm you are legally an adult in your country.
• I will cancel commissions and issue refunds if age misrepresentation is suspected.

◆ Termination ◆

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
• If the client terminates after payment/work started, no refund is given; client receives completed work up to that point.
• If I terminate, a refund may be considered depending on circumstances, except in case of breach by the client.

◆ Blacklist ◆

• Failure to comply to terms of service will result in being posted on a public blacklist.
